摘要 培养具有“懂农业、爱农村、爱农民”素养的“三农”人才队伍,既是立德树人和强农兴农的应有之义,更是乡村振兴战略得以实现的关键,涉农高校课堂教学应以此为改革目标。针对当前高校课堂教育因科学世界与现实世界相断裂、理性认识与人文素养相分离所导致的现实感和情感比较薄弱的问题,中国农业大学“当代中国的农业、农村与农民”课程在“全方位育人”的理念指导下展开了三年的改革探索。实践发现,在课堂上构建现实处境以传输厚重的知识,营造人文氛围以激发真切的情感,有助于促使学生获得知识和仁德的全面发展,使他们逐渐具备了坚持乡土本位、形塑价值理性以及发扬优势的深层素养,最终满足推进乡村振兴战略有效实施的“一懂两爱”人才需求。 Cultivating talents with the qualities of"understanding agriculture,loving rural areas and peasants"is not only the one of goals of cultivating agri-professional talents with noble ideas for promoting national agricultural causes,but also the key to the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,the classroom teaching in agriculture-related colleges and universities should take this as the goal of reform.In view of the perplexity caused by the disconnection between the scientific world and the real world,and the separation of rational knowledge and humanistic consciousnesses in the current classroom education,we carried out a three years'reform exploration under the guidance of the concept of"all-round education"in the teaching of"agriculture,rural areas and peasants in contemporary China",one of general study courses in the undergraduate program syllabus of China Agricultural University.It was found that creating a realistic situation to deepen the profundity of knowledge imparted and setting up a humanistic atmosphere to stimulate genuine emotions were conducive to promoting students'intellectual development as well as moral improvement.Students came to have higher ability of designing their career,reshaping the value conceptions and developing their advantages all on the basis of local community,and they were expected to finally meet the talent demand of"one understanding and two loves"to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
