大学生农创客创业情况调查研究——以浙江省长兴县返乡大学生为例

Investigation and Study on the Entrepreneurial Situation of College students farmer Makers——Take the Returning College Students in Changxing County,Zhejiang Province as an Example

基于对浙江省长兴县200名大学生农创客的调查发现:大学生农创客主要以男性、大专本科学历、45岁以下、已婚为主;初期创业资金主要来自家庭与朋友支持,创业类型主要是种植和养殖,创业公司生存年限主要是1-2年,有67.6%的创业者年利润高于5万,但仍有23.8%的创业者处于亏损状态。对此,应加强本专科学生的创业创新教育,营造浓厚的农业创业氛围,拓展大学生农创客的职业发展空间,加大对大学生返乡创业的资金支持力度等。

Based on the survey of 200 college students farmer makers in Changxing County,Zhejiang Province,it was found that college students farmer makers were mainly male,with college degree,under 45 years old,and married.The start-up capital is mainly supported by family and friends,and the type of start-up is mainly cultivation and breeding.The life span of a startup company is mainly 1-2 years.67.6%of entrepreneurs have an annual profit of more than 50,000 yuan,but 23.8%of entrepreneurs are still in the state of loss.So we should strengthen the entrepreneurship and innovation education of college students,create a strong atmosphere of agricultural entrepreneurship,expand the career development space of college students farmer makers,and increase the financial support for the returning college students to start their own businesses,etc.
