Integrated simulation and optimization of electro-hydraulic control system for working machine of backhoe loader

摘要 针对挖掘装载机工作装置载荷多变且液压系统多路阀阀口流量控制不稳定,造成整机工作效率不高等问题,设计基于模糊PID的多路阀机电液比例控制系统,并实现系统集成仿真与优化.分析挖掘装载机工作装置不同工况下的载荷变化情况,设计电液比例液压系统,分别建立其机械系统模型、载荷变化函数、液压系统模型和控制系统模型;并且采用ADAMS、AMESim和MATLAB软件集成,构建工作装置机电液集成仿真分析模型;通过设计模糊PID控制器实现液压系统多路阀口流量智能控制,分析挖掘装载机工作装置运动精度和控制效果.研究结果表明:机电液集成仿真分析能够准确高效的模拟挖掘装载机实际工况;在相同载荷下,基于模糊PID的油缸位移控制误差更小,实现了挖掘装载机工作装置快速准确的控制响应,从而有效提高了其工作效率和控制精度. Aiming at the variable load of the working device of the excavating loader and the unstable flow control of the valve port of the hydraulic system,the work efficiency of the whole machine is not high,and the fuzzy PID-based multi-valve electro-hydraulic proportional control system is designed,and the system integration simulation is realized and optimized.Firstly,the load change under different working conditions of the excavator loader is analyzed.The electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic system is designed on the original hydraulic system,and the mechanical system model,load change function,hydraulic system model and control system model are established respectively.Through the integration of ADAMS,AMESim and MATLAB software,the electromechanical and liquid integrated simulation analysis model of the working device is constructed.Finally,the fuzzy PID controller is designed to realize the intelligent control of the multi-channel valve port of the hydraulic system,and the motion precision and control effect of the excavator loader working device are analyzed.The research results show that the electromechanical fluid integrated simulation analysis can accurately and efficiently simulate the actual working conditions of the excavating loader;under the same load and working conditions,the displacement control error of the boom cylinder based on fuzzy PID is lower than the traditional PID displacement control.The fast and accurate control response of the excavator loader working device is realized,and the working efficiency and control precision are effectively improved.
