基于“双证书”制度下“茶艺学”课程与茶艺师鉴定对接的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 “茶艺学”是茶学的专业必修课,是一门应用技能型学科。茶艺师考试是针对从事茶艺服务的工作人员的职业技能鉴定,拥有茶艺师资格证是学生具备茶艺职业能力的证明,是拓宽学生就业渠道的一个途径。我国早在1993年就已提出“双证书”教学模式,鉴于“茶艺学”课程特点和社会对茶艺师岗位的技能需求,将茶艺师资格证书的考核内容纳入“茶艺学”教学体系是可行的,这既保证了教学质量,同时也有助于让需要资格鉴定的学生顺利获取茶艺师资格证,具体可采取培养“双师型”教师队伍、完善教学方法、建立有效的“双导师”制、开辟第二课堂等方法实现。 Tea art is an applied and technical course,which is a professional required course.Tea art specialist examination is the professional skill appraisal of the staff engaged in tea service.Having the tea art's qualification certificate is a proof of students'professional ability and a way to broaden employment channels.As early as 1993,China had put forward the“double certificates”teaching mode.Based on the characteristics of the course and the demand for the skills of tea art specialist,we find it feasible to bring qualification certificate of tea art into the course system,which not only ensures the learning quality of students,but also helps those who need the qualification to obtain it smoothly and adapt to market demand quickly.Measures can be taken by developing double-quality teachers,improving teaching methods,establishing effective“double tutors”system and opening up the second class.
