摘要
以ARM9、MCX314AL以及S3C2410为核心对应用CAN总线的嵌入式数控系统进行设计。首先针对嵌入式数控系统硬、软件进行研究,然后将基于CAN总线方式的数控系统与伺服系统进行通讯建立,最后经过对系统进行调试以及优化方案,完成整个研究过程。经研究数据表明,CAN总线的嵌入式数控系统对数控机床的发展具有重要意义。
This paper designs anembedded numerical control system of CAN bus with ARM9,MCX314AL and S3C2410 as the core.Firstly,it studies the hardware and software of the embedded numerical control system.Then it establishes the communication between the numerical control system and the servo system based on the CAN bus mode.According to the research data,the embedded CNC system with CAN bus is of great significance to the development of CNC machine tools.
