“弱者”的力量:维权事件在舆论传播中的演化机制与范式逻辑研究--基于社会戏剧理论的过程视角

Power of the Weak:Research on the Evolutionary Mechanism and Paradigm Logic of Events of Rights Safeguarding in the Communication of the Public Opinion--A Process Perspective based on the Social Drama Theory

维权事件不仅关涉社会个体权益的矛盾纠纷,更是再现社会成员共同生活信仰的社会戏剧。基于社会戏剧理论的过程视角,运用网络民族志与批判性话语分析相结合的研究方法,对维权事件在舆论传播中的场域结构、演化机制、范式逻辑与现实影响进行系统考察。舆论传播把维权事件从现实边缘推向了社会中心,重构了维权事件的场域结构与范式逻辑,让维权者与侵权者之间的权力关系发生了戏剧性的逆转。维权事件的演化机制具有潜在的阶段性特征,遵从社会病变、戏剧冲突、机制矫正与秩序重塑的发展路径。价值理性是维权事件在舆论场域的支配范式,它的范式隐喻规定了维权者与侵权者的行动逻辑。维权事件是现实社会得以不断再生产的阈限契机,对于修复社会系统、整合社会关系以及维系社会信仰具有重要的建构意义。

The event of rights safeguarding is not only a contradiction concerning the individual rights and interests of the society,but also a social drama that represents the common life belief of all members of the society.Based on the process perspective of social drama theory,this paper used the research methods of network ethnography and critical discourse analysis to systematically investigate the field structure,evolutionary mechanism,paradigm logic and practical impact of rights safeguarding events in the communication of public opinion.The dissemination of public opinion has pushed the events of rights safeguarding from the edge of reality to the center of society,reconstructed the field structure and paradigm logic of events of rights safeguarding,and dramatically reversed the power relationship between the defender and the infringed.The evolutionary mechanism of the events of rights safeguarding has potential stage characteristics,and follows the development path of social pathological changes,dramatic conflicts,correction mechanism and order reconstruction.Value rationality is the dominant paradigm of rights safeguarding events in the field of public opinion.Its paradigm metaphor defines the action logic of the defender and the infringed.The event of rights safeguarding is a threshold opportunity for the continuous reproduction of the real society.It is significant for us to repair the social system,integrate social relations and maintain social beliefs.
