摘要 本文以FY公司叶轮生产车间为研究对象,基于SLP和TRIZ对某车间设施布局进行优化设计。对车间的生产现状进行调查研究并利用SLP法的工具,分析了作业单位间物流量的关系,确定各作业单位综合相关关系。运用涡轮制造各作业单元密切程度理由对综合相互关系等级进行划分,初步确定生产布局优化方案,通过优化后的方案使用TRIZ理论改进车间搬运设备不合理之处,设计出一种悬挂输送机与辊子输送机结合的新的搬运系统。节约了成本,提高了生产效率。 This paper takes the impeller workshop of FY Company as the research object,and optimizes the facility layout of a workshop based on SLP and TRIZ.The production status of the workshop was investigated,and the relationship between the material flow of the operation units was analyzed by using the tool of SLP method,and the comprehensive correlation relationship of each operation unit was determined.Based on the close degree of each working unit of turbine manufacturing,the comprehensive relationship level is divided,and the optimization scheme of production layout is preliminarily determined.Through the optimized scheme,the unreasonable place of workshop handling equipment is improved by using TRIZ theory,and a new handling system combining suspension conveyor and roller conveyor is designed.The cost is saved and the production efficiency is improved.
