分时电价下炼钢厂的调度模型研究

摘要 分时电价政策在引导用户理性用电,均衡电网负荷波动方面有显著效果。作为典型的电能密集型过程企业,钢铁企业充分利用分时电价政策,对节约电力成本、均衡电网负荷波动有重大意义。文章以炼钢厂为研究对象,研究分时电价下的炼钢—精炼—连铸调度问题,在满足工艺约束的前提下,以最小化电力成本为目标,建立分时电价下的炼钢厂调度模型。通过采用基于时间区间表达的混合线性规划技术,消解离散的电价区间与连续的生产过程之间的冲突。最终得出的实验结果表明模型能够较好地节省电力成本,达到一定的负荷调峰效果。 The time-of-use tariffs policy has a significant effect in guiding consumers to use electricity rationally and balancing grid load fluctuations.As a typical power-intensive process enterprise,steel companies can make full advantage of the time-of-use tariffs policy,which is of great significance for saving electricity costs and balancing grid load fluctuations.In this paper,we study the problem of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting scheduling under time-of-use tariffs with steel mills as the research object,and establish the steelmaking scheduling model under time-of-use tariffs with the goal of minimizing electricity cost under the premise of satisfying process constraints.The conflict between discrete tariff intervals and continuous production processes is resolved by using linear planning techniques based on the expression of time intervals.The final experimental results show that the model can save electricity costs and achieve a certain load-shifting effect.
