从“五四宪法”看中国廉政建设路径的选择

“五四宪法”作为中华人民共和国成立以来的首部宪法,其为新中国的一切进步发展奠定了良好的基础,也为国家现代政治治理格局的建构发挥了重要的作用。而廉政建设作为现代政治必须要面对的课题,“五四宪法”通过对人民主权原则、国家权力制约与监督、对公民基本权利的确认和保障以及制宪过程的协商民主化的规定,在很大程度上体现了执政者在新中国成立初期为国家的廉政建设所做的努力。因此,为了打赢腐败斗争的攻坚战,进而促进中国政治的可持续发展,中国廉政建设需要在吸收“五四宪法”关于廉政建设的价值基础上,推陈出新,从而找出一条具有中国特色的廉政建设路径。

1954 Constitution,the first constitution since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,has laid a sound foundation for all progress and development of new China and played an important role in constructing modern state political governance structure.Honest governance is the must program for modern politics.1954 Construction showed the great efforts of the Party leaders in promoting national honest governance.Therefore,to fight against corruption and promote Chinese politics’sustainable development,China honest governance should learn from 1954 Construction and find out a honest governance construction with Chinese characteristics.
