新型城镇化背景下乡镇中心园发展差异性分析——以L市4所幼儿园为例

On the Development Difference of Township Central Kindergarten under the Background of New Urbanization--Taking 4 kindergartens in L city as an Example

乡镇中心园可以分为独立办园和中心校附设两种模式,不同办园模式下,幼儿园的经费来源、管理方式、招生人数等方面均存在差异。究其影响因素,包括:学前教育管理体制的改革;乡镇之间资源分配不均匀;城镇化加快,人口迁移,幼儿园地理位置的特殊性影响招生规模;课程建设与教师专业成长滞后等。从提升幼儿园办园质量,促进乡镇中心园健康发展的角度出发,提出:优化管理体制,切实落实“以镇为主”的管理,转变管理人员的观念,优化资源分配,提高资源配置的效率;政府加强政策宣传,促进招生;不断提升教师专业素养,打造具有自身特色的课程体系,提升教育质量,切实起到对农村其它园所的引领、示范作用,促进农村学前教育的发展。

Township central kindergartens can be divided into two modes:independent kindergarten and central school attached one.Under different kindergarten modes,there are differences in funds,management methods,and enrollment.Investigate its influencing factors,including the reform of the preschool education management system;the uneven distribution of resources between towns and villages,the acceleration of urbanization,population migration,and the particularity of the kindergarten's geographical location affect the scale of enrollment,curriculum construction and teacher professional growth lagging behind.From the perspective of improving the quality of kindergartens and promoting the healthy development of township central kindergarten,it is proposed to optimize the management system,effectively implement the"Town oriented"management,change the concept of management personnel,optimize resource allocation,and improve the efficiency of resource allocation,the government strengthens policy propaganda and promotes enrollment,continuously improves teachers'professional quality,creates a curriculum system with its own characteristics,improves the quality of education,and effectively plays a leading and demonstrative role for other rural schools and promotes the development of rural preschool education.
