公共图书馆是公共文化服务体系建设的生力军,在为广大民众提供公共文化服务方面发挥着重要作用。对公共文化服务体系的内涵进行了阐述,对公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中所处的地位和建设中所存在的问题进行了分析和探究,提出了在公共文化服务体系建设中公共图书馆的创新发展策略。

Public library is a new force in the construction of public cultural service system and plays an important role in providing public cultural service for the general public.This paper expounds the connotation of the public cultural service system,analyzes and probes into the position and problems existing in the construction of the public library in the public cultural service system,and puts forward the strategy of innovation and development of the public li-brary in the construction of the public cultural service system.
