Discussion on Library Emergency Services in the Context of Major Public Emergencies

图书馆在遇到重大突发公共事件时要采取应急措施,提供应急服务。在阐述图书馆开展应急服务现状的基础上,提出了图书馆面临重大突发公共事件时采取的应急服务策略,包括建立健全应急管理体系、丰富并整合数字资源、加强技术支持力度、提供个性化服务等措施。

The libraries should take emergency measures and provide emergency services in case of major public emergencies.On the basis of expounding the status quo of emergency services in libraries,this paper puts forward the emergency services strategies of libraries fa-cing major public emergencies,including establishing and improving the emergency manage-ment system,enriching and integrating digital resources,strengthening technical support and providing personalized services,so as to further promote the reader service level.
