包容性增长视角下公平贸易组织参与供应链扶贫研究——以古丈盘草村茶叶发展为例

Research on fair trade organization’s participation in supply chain poverty alleviation from the perspective of inclusive growth:Take the tea development of Guzhang county Pancao village as an example

运用案例研究法,以湖南省古丈县盘草村茶叶供应链动态发展为例,从包容性增长的视角,揭示了公平贸易组织如何介入茶叶供应链,并与供应链各节点合作,最终实现扶贫的机理和效果。研究结果显示:通过公平贸易组织的纽带与枢纽作用,加强供应链组织间契合,并对小农户赋予权能,从而实现贫困村内生包容性增长;提升供应链节点资源整合程度,促进机会平等、福利普惠以及可持续发展,实现贫困村外生包容性增长;内、外生包容性增长程度越高,扶贫的可持续效果越明显。

Using the case study method,taking the dynamic development process of the tea supply chain of Guzhang county Pancao village as the research object,from the perspective of inclusive growth,the study reveals how the fair trade organization intervenes in the tea supply chain and cooperates with all nodes in the supply chain to finally realize the goal of poverty alleviation.The results of the study show that with fair trade organizations acting as link and hub,the endogenous inclusive growth of poor villages could be achieved through the coordination between supply chain organizations and the empowerment of small farmer;the exogenous inclusive growth of poor villages could be realized through integrating supply chain nodes and improving equal opportunities,universal welfare and sustainable growth;the higher the degree of endogenous and exogenous inclusive growth,the more obvious the sustainable effect of poverty alleviation.
