古彩瓷定价研究

摘要 艺术品定价受多种因素影响,特征价格模型综合了艺术品定价的各主要因素。现当代古彩瓷定价通常影响因素有成交价、估价、件、年份、铃印、题识、艺术流派、工艺、职称、著录等变量,古代古彩瓷定价通常影响因素有成交价、估价、件、创作年代、底款、艺术流派、工艺、来源、记录等变量,利用特征价格模型对样本数据进行实证分析,结果表明:现当代古彩瓷估价、件、创作年份、创作者的年龄等变量与拍卖成交价显著正相关,古代古彩瓷只有估价与拍卖成交价显著正相关。 Pricing of artworks is influenced by many factors. Hedonic price model synthesizes the main factors of pricing of artworks. The pricing of modern and contemporary Famille Verte is usually influenced by transaction price, valuation, piece, year, bell print, subject recognition, art school, craft, title, description and other variables. While the pricing of Famille Verte is affected by transaction price, valuation, piece, creation age, base print, art school, craft, source, record and other variables. Empirical analysis of sample data is made by using the characteristic price model. The results show that the auction price of modern and contemporary ancient decorative porcelain is positively correlated with the evaluation, pieces, years of creation and the age of the creators to a high degree, while the auction price of Famille Verte related only to the variable evaluation.
