不同酶谱的复合酶对肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及肠道菌群数量的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Compound Enzymes with Different Zymograms on Production Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Number of Intestinal Flora of Broilers

摘要 旨在研究不同酶谱的复合酶对肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标以及肠道菌群数量的影响。选取480只28日龄的白羽肉鸡,随机分为4组,分别为对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,每组12个重复,每个重复10只(公、母各半),对照组饲喂玉米—豆粕型日粮,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ在相同营养水平的日粮中添加不同酶谱的复合酶,添加量均为200 g/t配合料。试验日龄为28~42日龄,试验周期为15 d,分别统计料肉比、测定血清生化指标和肠道菌群数量。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的料肉比分别降低了1.01%、2.20%和0.83%,差异极显著(P<0.01);试验组Ⅱ与试验组Ⅰ、Ⅲ相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的总蛋白、白蛋白的含量分别提高了10.08%~11.41%、12.00%~12.93%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ肠道大肠杆菌的数量分别降低了17.87%、26.43%、21.67%,差异极显著(P<0.01);试验组Ⅰ与试验组Ⅱ差异极显著(P<0.01),试验组Ⅲ与试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ肠道乳酸杆菌的数量分别提高了13.99%、26.10%和24.06%,差异极显著(P<0.01);试验组Ⅰ与试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。由此可见,饲料中添加不同酶谱的复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、肠道菌群数量都有一定的改善作用,同时,不同酶谱的复合酶在改善肉鸡生产性能指标方面幅度有所不同,为生产实践复配高效的复合酶提供依据。 The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of compound enzymes with different zymograms on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and number of intestinal flora of broilers.A total of 48028-day-old white-feathered broilers were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 replicates in each group and 10 broilers(half males and half females)in each replicate.The broilers in control group were fed with a corn-soybean meal diet,and those in experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢfed the same basal diet as control group were supplemented with 200 g/t compound enzymes with different zymograms.The experimental period was 15 days(28 to 42 days of age of the broilers).The ratio of feed to gain,serum biochemical indexes and number of intestinal flora of broilers in different groups were determined and statistically compared.The results showed that compared with the control group,the ratio of feed to gain of experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas extremely significantly decreased by 1.01%(P<0.01),2.20%(P<0.01)and 0.83%(P<0.01),respectively;there was extremely significant(P<0.01)difference in ratio of feed to gain among experimental groupⅡand experimental groupsⅠandⅢ.Compared with the control group,the total protein and albumin contents of experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere extremely significantly increased by 10.08%-11.41%(P<0.01)and 12.00%-12.93%(P<0.01),respectively.Compared with the control group,the number of intestinal Escherichia coli in experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas extremely significantly decreased by 17.87%(P<0.01),26.43%(P<0.01)and 21.67%(P<0.01),respectively;extremely significant(P<0.01)difference in number of intestinal Escherichia coli between experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡwas observed,and significant(P<0.05)difference was also found among experimental groupⅢand experimental groupsⅠandⅡ.Compared with the control group,the number of intestinal Lactobacillus in experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas extremely significantly increased by 13.99%(P<0.01),26.10%(P<0.01)and 24.06%(P<0.01),respectively;there was extremely significant(P<0.01)difference in number of intestinal Lactobacillus among experimental groupⅠand experimental groupsⅡandⅢ.In summary,the dietary supplementation of compound enzymes with different zymograms had certain improving effects on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and number of intestinal flora of broilers.Furthermore,the compound enzymes with different zymograms have varied performance in improving the production performance associated indexes of broilers.The results obtained in this study provide references for collocation of high-efficient compound enzymes in practical production.
