肠道屏障功能在创伤性脑损伤中的研究进展

Research progress of intestinal barrier dysfunction in traumatic brain injury

创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)是致残和导致死亡的主要原因,给全球的公共卫生造成巨大负担。越来越多的研究发现,肠道屏障功能障碍与TBI的发生、发展密切相关。改善TBI患者肠道屏障功能,促进其神经功能恢复,对其预后具有一定作用。本文主要从肠-脑轴的角度出发,对肠道屏障功能与TBI的相互作用作一概述,并介绍了肠道屏障功能的检测方法及TBI的潜在治疗靶点,以期为TBI的临床治疗提供参考。

Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is the main cause of disability and death,which causes a huge burden on global public health.Increasing studies have found that intestinal barrier dysfunction is closely related to the occurrence and development of TBI.Improving the intestinal barrier function and promoting the recovery of nerve function of TBI patients,which has a certain effect on its prognosis.This article mainly reviewed the interaction between intestinal barrier function and TBI from the perspective of gut-brain axis,and introduced the testing method of intestinal barrier function and the potential therapeutic target of TBI,with a view to the clinical treatment of TBI for reference.
