3D打印结合Sandwich教学法在脊柱侧弯教学中的应用

The Application of 3D Printing Scenario Teaching Combined With Sandwich Teaching Method in Scoliosis Clinical Practice

目的探讨3D打印情景教学结合Sandwich教学法在脊柱外科规范化培训医师临床教学中的应用和教学效果。方法选择2018年1—12月期间在广西医科大学第一附属医院脊柱骨病外科进行规范化培训的医师共60例为教学试验对象,随机分为3D打印情景教学+Sandwich教学法组31例和传统教学法组29例。对比观察两组规培医师临床实践、自我评价及满意程度等指标。结果观察组规培医师在临床实践成绩、自我评价及满意程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 3D打印情景教学病例结合Sandwich教学法可有效提高教学效果,利用3D打印情景教学模式可培养学生的空间思维能力,加速临床技能学习进度,提升临床医师专科技能。

Objective To explore the application and teaching effect of 3D printing situational teaching style combined with Sandwich method in the clinical training of scoliosis.Methods A total of 60 physicians who were trained in the department of spine and bone diseases of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January to December 2018 were selected as the teaching experiment objects,and they were randomly divided into 3D printing scene teaching+Sandwich teaching method group(31 cases)and traditional teaching method group(29 cases).Compare and observe the clinical practice,self-evaluation and satisfaction of the two groups of physicians.The clinical practice,self-evaluation and satisfaction degree of the two groups of students were compared.Results By using the 3D printing situational teaching style combined with Sandwich method in the clinical training of spinal surgeons,the clinical practice scores,self-evaluation score and the self-evaluation and satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing scenario teaching cases combined with Sandwich method can effectively improve teaching effectiveness,cultivate students'spatial thinking ability,accelerate the progress of clinical skill and improve the technical ability of clinicians.
