摘要 目的探讨PBL联合CBL参与式教学法在儿科学实践教学中的应用效果。方法在2012级、2013级、2014级临床本科儿科学实践教学的医学生中采用参与式教学法,运用PBL+CBL教学模式,对比普通班与教改班两组随机抽取学生的理论成绩。结果 PBL+CBL教学法实施后两组的理论成绩有显著差异(P <0.05)。通过医学生的参与,使教学过程更加生动、有趣,采用PBL+CBL教学法有助于提高医学生学习的主动性和解决问题的能力,与传统教学法相比,PBL+CBL教学法效果好,学生的教学成绩及临床能力得到提高。结论在儿科学实践教学中采用PBL+CBL教学法在提高医学生实践教学参与度、提高医学生临床综合能力方面优于传统教学方法,能培养医学生的临床思维,值得在医学教学中应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL in practical teaching of pediatrics.Methods The PBL combined with CBL teaching methods were used to compare the theoretical achievements of the ordinary classes and teaching reform classes of medical students with randomly extracted in clinical undergraduate teaching of pediatrics in 2012,2013 and 2014.Results Compared with the traditional teaching group,the PBL combined with CBL teaching group had significant differences in the examination results(P<0.05).Through the participation of medical students,the teaching process was more vivid and interesting.The PBL combined with CBL teaching methods helped to improve the initiative of medical students'learning and the ability to solve problems.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the PBL combined with CBL teaching methods had better effect,and the students'teaching performance and clinical ability were improved.Conclusion In the practice teaching of pediatrics,the PBL and CBL teaching methods are better than the traditional teaching method in improving the participation degree of practice teaching and the comprehensive clinical ability of medical students.It can train the clinical thinking of medical students and is worth applying in medical teaching.
