摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法在新生儿科护理带教中的作用。方法按照随机采样的原则,选取医院儿科新上岗的护士74名作为研究对象,时间在2016年4月—2019年4月。将其按照盲选法分为对照组和观察组,每组37名,前者采取传统护理带教法进行干预,后者采取以问题为基础的教学法进行护理带教。观察两组教学结果与护士对教学方式满意度。结果观察组新上岗护士的理论知识与操作水平评分均明显高于对照组,观察组护士对教学方式的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在新生儿科护理带教中,采取以问题为基础的教学法,能够调动护士的学习积极性,提高其对教学的满意度,优化教学质量。
Objective To explore the role of problembased learning method in neonatal pediatric nursing teaching.Methods According to the principle of random sampling,74 nurses who were newly employed in pediatrics department of our hospital were selected as the research objects from April 2016 to April 2019.According to the blind selection method,they were divided into control group and observation group,37 in each group.The results of teaching and nurses'satisfaction with teaching methods were observed.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation level of new nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based learning method can arouse nurses'learning enthusiasm,improve their satisfaction with teaching and optimize teaching quality.
