情景模拟下分总随机法在护理技能考核中的应用

摘要 目的文章探讨基于模拟患者不同护理案例情景下分总随机考核在护理实训技能中的应用及学生满意度调查评价研究。方法随机选择我校2017级高职护理专业2个班共106人为研究对象。1班对照组51名,采用单纯分总随机考核技能。2班研究组55名,采用模拟患者情景模拟下分总随机考核技能。学期结束后将两组技能考核成绩汇总分析,并对学生发放调查问卷调查对技能考核方法的满意度。结果研究组技能成绩明显高于对照组(P <0.05),调查问卷结果显示研究组对该考核方法满意度96.36%,远高于对照组。结论利用不同护理案例情景模拟进行分总随机考核能明显提升护生准备用物能力、语言表达能力、人文关怀能力、分析能力、实践操作能力、护士职业礼仪及自主学习能力等,该考核评价模式有益于提升高职护生实训技能水平和综合职业素养。 Objective This article discusses the application of the division and integration stochastic assessment in nursing practice skills assessment based on standardized patients with different nursing case scenarios and the investigation and evaluation of students’satisfaction.Methods A total of 106 students were randomly selected from the two classes of the 2017 vocational nursing students.51 served as the control group,used simple division and integration stochastic assessment nursing skills training.55 as the experimental group,used simulated patients under the scenario simulation division and integration stochastic assessment of nursing skills.At the end of the semester,the subject's skills assessment results were summarized and analyzed,and a questionnaire was issued to students to investigate their satisfaction with the skills assessment methods.Results The skill scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the experimental group satisfaction was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than control group.Conclusion The use of different nursing case scenario simulations for division and integration stochastic assessment can significantly improve the ability of nursing students to prepare materials,language expression,humanistic care,analysis,practical operation,nurse professional etiquette,autonomous learning and so on.It is beneficial to improve the practical training skill and comprehensive professional qualities of higher vocational nursing students.
