集束化护理对ARDS患者俯卧位通气的影响

目的此项研究调查重点围绕ARDS患者其俯卧位通气中实施集束化护理护理干预执行并讨论其临床应用效果。方法让我院接收的ARDS患者参与本次设定时间为2017年4月—2019年6月期间的实验阶段,按照分组方式的不同将其分成对照组(36例)与试验组(36例),前者患者开展常规护理工作,后者患者开展集束化护理,并基于此对两组患者所反馈的护理满意度进行对比分析。结果由所得结果可知,试验组患者护理满意度为97.22%要显著高于对照组的69.44%,数据比较差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率为8.33%,要显著低于对照组患者的27.78%,数据比较差异具备统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对ARDS俯卧位通气患者实施集束化护理,能够显著改善患者通气以及舒适度,为患者提供更为优质的护理体验,提高患者对于护理服务的评价。

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the effect of cluster nursing in patients with ARDS prone position ventilation.Methods ARDS patients admitted by our hospital will participate in the experimental stage from April 2017 to June 2019.They were divided into the control group(24 cases)and the experimental group(24 cases)according to different grouping methods,in which the control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received cluster nursing,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results From the results obtained,it can be seen that the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than that of 69.44%in the control group.The difference in data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the experimental group was 8.33%,which was significant It is lower than 27.78%of patients in the control group,and the difference in data comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive nursing for patients with ARDS in prone position can significantly improve the ventilation and comfort of patients,provide patients with better nursing experience,and improve the evaluation of nursing service.
