优质护理干预在泌尿微创手术中的应用效果研究

Application of Quality Nursing Intervention in Minimally Invasive Urology

目的探讨对泌尿微创手术患者实施优质护理的临床应用效果。方法将在我院行泌尿微创手术治疗的390例患者,随机分为两组,将实施常规护理的195例患者作者为对照组,将实施优质护理的195例患者作为观察组,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后两组患者的两项评分均有一定程度的下降,且观察组的下降程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对实施泌尿微创手术治疗的患者实施优质护理,护理效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of highquality nursing for patients undergoing minimally invasive urological surgery.Methods 390 patients treated with minimally invasive urological surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.195 patients receiving routine care were selected as the control group and 195 patients receiving high-quality care were selected as the observation group to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,two scores of patients in the two groups had a certain degree of decline,and the degree of decline in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for patients undergoing minimally invasive urological surgery has remarkable nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application.
