摘要 针对传统高速公路收费系统拥堵的现象,设计一种融合ETC及无感支付的高速公路收费系统。在ETC高速公路收费系统的基础上,完善硬件布局、通信网络建设和软件控制流程,并利用无感支付的技术优势,给出了融合系统总体设计框架和总体工作流程,重点分析了高清夜视镜头、四线圈车辆检测器、天线控制器硬件接口模块设计与连接方式。系统的通信架构采用移动汇接网TMSC和移动本地网络MSC相结合的模式,降低了整体通信时延。从仿真结果可知,所设计系统在单位时间内的通行能力更趋近于理论值,在高峰时段缓解收费拥堵效果明显。 In view of the phenomenon that the traditional highway toll system is jammed and congested,a highway toll system fusing ETC(electronic toll collection)and non⁃inductive payment is designed.On the basis of the ETC highway toll system,the hardware layout,communication network construction and software control process are perfected.The overall design framework and workflow of the fused system are figured out by virtue of the advantages of non⁃inductive payment technology.The interface module design and connection mode of high⁃definition night vision lens,four⁃coil vehicle detector and antenna controller are emphatically analyzed.A combination mode of mobile tandem network TMSC(tandem mobile switching center)and mobile local network MSC(mobile switching center)is adopted for the system communication architecture to reduce overall communication delay.It can be seen from the simulation results that the traffic capacity of the designed system in unit interval is closer to the theoretical value,and its effect of easing congestion is obvious during peak hours.
