摘要
为解决轮胎气压管理智能化控制程度低的问题,以应用于汽车方向的轮胎压力监测原理为基础,设计了基于物联网的轮胎智能感压充气装置。装置硬件包括供电、控制、胎压监测、充放气控制四部分。软件包括轮胎气压监测、无线通信、充放气控制三部分。通过对硬件、软件的设计,完成基于TPMS的轮胎智能感压充气装置设计。对装置运行效果进行测试,测试结果表明,该装置可以实现通过APP显示当前胎压值、设定目标胎压值、根据胎压对用户提出警告或建议、根据当前胎压与设定胎压的关系自动对轮胎进行充放气操作的功能,能够为用户提供便捷的胎压管理方案。
In view of the low intelligent control of tire pressure management,an intelligent pressure⁃sensitive tire inflator based on the Internet of Things is designed according to the tire pressure monitoring principle applied to vehicles.Its hardware includes four parts,named power supply,control,tire pressure monitoring and inflation/deflation control,while its software includes tire pressure monitoring,wireless communication and inflation/deflation control.The design of TPMS(tire pressure monitoring system)based intelligent pressure⁃sensitive tire inflator is achieved by the above hardware and software.The operation effect of the device was tested.The tested results show that the device is capable to display the current tire pressure value by APP,set the target tire pressure value,warn or suggest the user according to the tire pressure,and perform automatic inflation/deflation operation according to the relationship between the current tire pressure and the set tire pressure.Therefore,it can provide users with convenient tire pressure management solutions.
