公立医院党建工作与业务工作深度融合的实践与思考

党建工作是公立医院各项工作中的一项重要内容,其地位和作用不言而喻。当前各大公立医院也在积极开展党建工作,但党建工作的实际作用,并没有在业务工作中得以充分凸显。在党建工作与业务工作的融合中,仍不可避免地出现了一些亟需解决的问题。本研究首先分析了当前公立医院党建工作中出现的问题,进一步对公立医院党建工作与业务工作融合的必要性进行了阐释,最后得出了公立医院党建工作与业务工作深度融合的实践策略。旨在为广大医院党务工作者带来参考和帮助。

Party building is an important part of the work in public hospitals,and its status and role are self-evident.Currently,each public hospital is also actively carrying out the work of party building,but the actual role of the party building has not been fully highlighted in professional work.In the integration of party building and professional work,some urgent problems still inevitably emerge.This study first analyzed the current problems in the party building in public hospitals,further clarified the necessity of the integration of party building and professional work in public hospitals,and finally put forward some practical strategies for deepening the integration of party building and professional work in public hospitals.The purpose is to offer some reference and help for the party workers in hospitals.
