前置预约+宣教流程干预在患儿口腔科日间全麻手术中的应用

Application effect of pre-appointment and education process intervention in day operation under general anesthesia for children in stomatology department

目的探讨前置预约+宣教流程干预在患儿口腔科日间全麻手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1~9月大连市口腔医院收治的124例口腔科日间全麻手术患儿的临床资料,根据护理配合方式的不同分为对照组(n=58,常规护理)与观察组(n=58,前置预约+宣教流程干预),比较两组的手术情况、患儿治疗配合度、不良反应及家属就医满意度。结果观察组的术后首次下床时间、留院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗配合度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的家属挂号就医流程、取药缴费等排队时间、医生诊疗过程、医护人员服务态度的就医满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前置预约+宣教流程干预在患儿口腔科日间全麻手术中的应用效果突出,不仅能缩短患儿留院时间,提升治疗配合度,降低术后不良反应的发生,还能改善患儿家属就医满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of pre-appointment and education process intervention in day operation under general anesthesia for children in stomatology department.Methods The clinical data of 124 children who had undergone day operation under general anesthesia in Dalian Stomatological Hospital,Liaoning Province from January to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Subjects were divided into the control group(n=58,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=58,pre-appointment and education process intervention)according to the nursing method.The operation situation,treatment compliance,adverse reactions and family members′satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first ambulation time and length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05),and treatment compliance was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Total satisfaction of family members with processes such as registration and treatment,waiting time for taking medicine and payment,doctor′s diagnosis and treatment and medical staff′s service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of pre-appointment and education process intervention in children undergoing day operation under general anesthesia in stomatology department can not only shorten the length of hospital stay,improve treatment compliance and reduce postoperative adverse reactions but also improve the family members′satisfaction.
