摘要
以某建筑预制构件生产企业为分析研究对象,结合该企业传统固定模台生产车间和设备移动模台固定式长线台生产车间预制构件生产工艺和车间能源消耗量,得出该生产企业传统固定模台生产线和设备移动模台固定式长线台生产线蒸养工艺及其他工艺单位产品综合能耗指标,分析当前预制构件生产企业整体能源利用现状及应用水平,结果表明设备移动模台固定式长线台生产车间蒸养工艺能耗低于传统固定模台生产车间,其他工艺能耗稍高于传统固定模台生产车间。
It takes a building prefabricated component manufacturer as the research object,combines the production process and energy consumption of prefabricated components in the traditional fixed die production workshop and the equipment mobile die production workshop of the enterprise,and obtains the traditional fixed die production line and equipment mobile die fixed long line of the manufacturer.The comprehensive energy consumption index of steam-curing process and products of other process units in a production line is analyzed.The present situation and application level of energy utilization in the production enterprises of prefabricated components are analyzed.The results show that the energy consumption of steam-curing process in the production workshop of fixed long-line platform with movable die table is lower than that of traditional fixed die table,and that of other processes is slightly higher than that of transmission.Unit fixed die production workshop.
