摘要
力致变色材料作为高分子化学前沿课题,正逐步走向成熟,而锚杆支护随着采掘的深入急需提高预紧力。如今,锚杆支护基于经验设计和工程类比存在多种波动。本文提出用力致变色材料优化锚杆预紧工序,规避锚杆支护波动,并探讨了力致变色垫圈的应用前景。具体来说,就是以力致变色垫圈作为现有垫圈的未来替代物,直观地显示预紧力,其能够取代目前由力矩间接控制预紧力的方式。
As a frontier topic in polymer chemistry,mechanochromic materials is gradually maturing,and bolt support urgently needs to increase the pre-tightening force with the deepening of mining.Nowadays,there are many fluctuations in bolt support based on empirical design and engineering analogy.This paper proposes to use mechanochromic materials to optimize the bolt pre-tightening process to avoid bolt support fluctuations,and discusses the application prospects of force-induced discoloration washers.Specifically,the force-induced discoloration washer is used as a future substitute for the existing washer to visually display the pre-tightening force,which can replace the current way of indirectly controlling the pre-tightening force by the torque.
