城市管网清掏淤泥处置技术及装备应用

Disposal Technology and Equipment Application of Sludge Removal from Urban Pipe Network

随着城市建设的快速发展,城市内涝问题与排水管网淤泥处置问题越来越受到社会各界的重视。传统清掏淤泥处理方法,如堆放自然干化、填埋等会造成严重的环境污染和土地资源浪费。本文结合深圳市南山区管网淤泥处置现状,介绍了一种城市管网清掏淤泥处置技术及其装备的应用现状。该处理系统对清掏淤泥进行多级分离冲洗,最终分离产物可分别进行资源化回收与无害化填埋。本案例为城市管网清掏淤泥的处置以及此类项目的建设提供了参考。

With the rapid development of urban construction,the problem of urban waterlogging and the disposal of silt in the drainage pipe network has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.Traditional dredging and silt treatment methods,such as stacking,natural drying,and landfilling,will cause serious environmental pollution and waste of land resources.Based on the current status of silt disposal in the pipeline network in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,this paper introduces the current status of an urban pipeline network dredging sludge disposal technology and its equipment.The treatment system carries out multi-stage separation and washing of dredged sludge,and the final separated products can be separately recycled into resources and landfilled.This case provides a reference for the disposal of dredged silt in the urban pipeline network and the construction of such projects.
