餐饮垃圾的处理已逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。本文总结了目前国内常用的餐饮垃圾资源化处理技术,介绍了两种不同模式的餐饮垃圾与生活垃圾焚烧协同处理的工程案例应用,并分析了协同处理的优势,以期为餐饮垃圾处理提供新的思路。

The treatment of food waste has gradually become the focus of attention.This paper summarizes the commonly used food waste recycling technology,introduces two different modes of food waste treatment and domestic waste incineration cooperative treatment engineering case application,and analyzes the advantages of co-processing,with a view to providing new ideas for catering waste disposal.
