Countermeasures of Doing Mass Cultural Work by Grassroots Cultural Station

随着社会经济的持续快速发展,为了更好地促进群众文化的蓬勃发展,应该充分发挥基层文化站的核心作用,推动群众文化工作的高质量发展。本文分析了基层群众文化工作中存在的问题,提出了做好群众文化工作的对策建议。

With the sustained and rapid development of social economy,in order to better optimize the cultural needs of the grassroots,and also to better promote the vigorous development of mass culture,it is necessary to give full play to the core role of grassroots cultural stations,effectively do mass cultural work,and better promote the high-quality development of mass cultural work.In this paper,problems of mass cultural work at grassroots level were analyzed,and the related countermeasure were put forward.
