基于HPLC指纹图谱的木瓜饮片及其混伪品的鉴别 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立木瓜饮片的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,鉴别其正品和混伪品。方法采用HPLC方法测定10批木瓜饮片正品和6批木瓜饮片混伪品,运用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)”对色谱数据进行相似度评价,建立木瓜饮片的指纹图谱共有模式,并进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果建立的指纹图谱有17个共有峰,指认出了齐墩果酸、熊果酸、山楂酸、科罗索酸、白桦脂酸、乙酰熊果酸6个成分;正品木瓜饮片的相似度均大于0.9,混伪品的相似度在0.084~0.576;聚类分析结果将正品和混伪品聚为2大类,主成分分析筛选出15个差异性指标成分。结论建立的HPLC指纹图谱可有效鉴别木瓜饮片及其混伪品,用于木瓜饮片的质量评价。 Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint of prepared slices of Chaenomelis Fructus in order to identify prepared slices of Chaenomelis Fructus and its adulterants.Methods The HPLC method is used to determine 10 batches of prepared slices of Chaenomelis Fructus and 6 batches of its adulterants.Similarity evaluation of the chromatographic data is performed by using Similarity Evaluation System for Fingerprint Chromatogram of TCM(Version 2012),and a common pattern of prepared slices of Chaenomelis Fructus is established.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis are also adopted to analyze the chromatographic data.Results 17 common peaks are identified in this fingerprint,and 6 components including oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,maslinic acid,corosolic acid,betulinic acid,and acetyl ursolic acid are calibrated.The similarities of prepared slices of Chaenomelis Fructus are higher than 0.9,and the similarities of its adulterants are 0.084 to 0.576.Cluster analysis grouped prepared slices of Chaenomelis Fructus and its adulterants into 2 categories.Fifteen different index components are screened by principal component analysis.Conclusion HPLC fingerprint can be used to identify prepared slices of Chaenomelis Fructus and its adulterants effectively,which can be applied for quality control of prepared slices of Chaenomelis Fructus.
