黄连素治疗胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Berberine in Treatment of Insulin Resistant Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Infertility

目的探讨黄连素治疗胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者临床疗效。方法收集90例于我院就诊的胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为黄连素组(30例)、二甲双胍组(30例)及对照组(30例),比较三组患者治疗前后相关各项指标变化和临床结局。结果黄连素组和二甲双胍组治疗后BMI、HOMA-IR、TG、TC、LH、T水平及LH/FSH比值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后,三组患者上述指标比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。黄连素组治疗后LH水平较二甲双胍组降低更显著(P<0.05);黄连素组妊娠周期HCG日子宫内膜厚度较二甲双胍组和对照组明显增厚(P<0.05),三组排卵率及临床妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄连素治疗胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者治疗效果显著,可改善患者内分泌指标,提高促排排卵率及临床妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of berberine in the treatment of insulin resistant polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with infertility.Methods To collect 90 cases with insulin-resistance PCOS combined infertility,according to random number table method divided the patients into berberine group(30 cases),metformin group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),compared three groups of patients after treatment related indicators changes and clinical outcome.Results After treatment,the levels of BMI,HOMA-IR,TG,TC,LH,T and LH/FSH in berberine group and metformin group are significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there are significant differences in the above indicators among the three groups(P<0.05).The LH level in the berberine group is significantly lower than that in the metformin group(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness of HCG day in the berberine group is significantly thicker than that in the other two groups(P<0.05),and three groups of ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Berberine treat insulin resistance in patients with PCOS combined infertility treatment effect is remarkable,patients can improve endocrine,improve on promoting ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.
