多元治理理念下老年教育发展实践探索与优化路径探析--以北京市东城区为例

摘要 随着我国老龄化进程的不断加快,老年教育作为实现积极老龄化、构建全民终身学习体系的重要举措,引起了学术界、教育界的普遍关注。文章以多元治理为理论指引,分析老年教育的多元属性,并以北京市东城区为研究对象,总结其老年教育在管理体制、实施路径、师资队伍、课程建设等方面的实践经验,透视其所出现的问题,并提出有效的优化路径,以期能够推进东城区老年教育的发展,促进东城区学习型城区的创建;同时能够对于其他区域有一定的借鉴意义,对于积极应对老龄化社会、提升老年教育的整体质量起到一定的推动作用。 With the acceleration of population ageing in China,the education for the aged,as an important measure to realize active aging and establish a modern education system of lifelong learning,has caused wide public concern.Taking Dongcheng District of Beijing as the research object and multi-governance as theoretical guidance,this paper analyzes the pluralistic attribute of the elderly education and sums up practical experience in the management system,implementation path,teaching staff,curriculum construction and so on.It tries to find out problems and propose effective solutions to promote the elderly education and establishment of a learning district in Dongcheng District.Last but not least,this paper will also provide reference for other regions and play an important role in coping with the aging society and improving the overall quality of education for senior citizens.
