On Continuing Education for Enterprises in Adult Colleges Based on Demand

随着我国社会的不断发展,企业对于其员工的知识技能要求也在不断提高,对继续教育的需求也在不断增大。文章通过分析成人高校基于需求为企业开展继续教育的重要性,结合当前实际存在的问题,提出相应的建议,从而促进成人高校更好地基于需求来为企业开展继续教育活动。

With the development of our society,the requirements of enterprises for the knowledge and skills of their employees are also increasing,and thus the demand for continuing education is rising.Through analyzing the importance of continuing education for enterprises on the basis of demand,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions so as to better carry out continuing education activities for enterprises.
