摘要
市民的学习现状与需求是市民教育课程开发和活动设计的重要依据。通州区作为北京城市副中心所在地,其居民综合素质提升与城市建设是需要同步甚至超前开展的基础性工作,居民参与社区教育的状况及学习需求亟待明确。研究采用问卷法,从社区居民基本情况、社区教育的课程内容与参与频率、学习需求及学习偏好等方面进行深入分析,并从满足重点群体的学习需求、丰富社区教育课程内容、整合学习资源、加强社区教育支点建设等方面提出了市民教育的对策建议,为促进北京市通州区学习型城区建设,提升城市副中心的人文素养提供了政策建议,也为其他地区开展市民教育工作提供了参考。
The learning status and needs of Beijing citizens are an important basis for the development of educational courses and activities.As the subcenter of the capital,Tongzhou District needs to carry out simultaneously or even in advance the basic work of urban construction and the improvement of the overall quality of residents.Thus,the status quo of community education and the citizen learning needs are to be clarified.Through a questionnaire method,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the residents,the frequency of their participation in community education,their learning needs and preference,the content of courses,etc.Through analysis and research,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the education of citizens:meeting the learning needs of key groups,enriching the content of courses,integrating learning resources,strengthening the fulcrums of community education,promoting the construction of a learning city of Tongzhou District and improving the humanistic quality of Beijing’s subcenter.This paper also provides reference for community education of other areas.
