摘要
故障诊断系统通过稳定可靠的协议或方式从泵站监控系统、振动监测系统中获取所有主辅机组电气、温度、压力、流量、水位、振动、摆度等各类参数,以简洁、易懂、美观、符合工程特点的界面反映机组运行状态的信息,给出泵站设备状态评价,对状态异常的机组进行诊断,从而确定故障原因、部位、类型、性质、严重程度以及发展趋势,给出告警或通过控制泵站监控系统停机。可通过交互界面获取机组基础信息、大修、试验、自动化维护等档案信息,根据专家知识库给出工程维修或维护的指导意见。
The fault diagnosis system obtains all the electrical,temperature,pressure,flow,water level,vibration,swing and other parameters of all main and auxiliary units from the pump station monitoring system and vibration monitoring system through a stable and reliable protocol or method.The beautiful and engineering-specific interface reflects the information of the unit's operating status,provides an evaluation of the pump station equipment status,and diagnoses the unit with abnormal status,so as to determine the cause,location,type,nature,severity and development trend of the fault,and give an alarm or shut down by controlling the pump station monitoring system.The basic information,overhaul,test,automatic maintenance and other archive information of the unit can be obtained through the interactive interface,and the engineering maintenance or maintenance guidance can be given according to the expert knowledge base.
