目前轨道交通行业的工业控制计算机大多未进行全隔离设计,接口部分电路也未进行高级别的浪涌及EMC防护。主要针对轨道交通行业工业控制计算机进行研究,提出一种工业控制计算机EMC防护方法,从三个方面有效解决整机的EMC和安规的设计问题,提高产品的抗干扰能力和可靠性,最终完全符合行业标准。

At present,most of the tablet PC in rail transit industry have not been fully isolated,and some interface circuits have not been protected by high-level surge and EMC.This paper focuses on the rail transportation industry,tablet PC,design a Industrial control computer EMC protection method,effectively solve the problem of the design of EMC and safety regulations from three aspects,improve product reliability and anti-jamming performance,finally completely in accordance with the industry standard.
