摘要
随着数据中心能耗的持续增长,对机房空调系统的要求越来越高。在增加空调设备的基础上,气流组织设计的重要性也逐渐凸显,合理的气流组织方案可以提高制冷效果,降低空调系统能耗。在众多数据中心高热密度解决方案中,风墙侧送风方案能够改善机房环境内的气流组织不均匀性。以某数据机房为研究对象,本文介绍了一种简单且容易实现的热通道封闭方案,针对空调风机放置的不同位置设计了3种工况,并对每种工况的室内气流组织和温度分布进行了CFD模拟。模拟结果显示,合理的风墙布置设计能够极大的改善数据机房的气流组织分布和机房内热环境,使机柜产生的热量能够及时排出室外,降低能耗,维持机房内服务器正常运行。
With the continuous growth of energy consumption in data center,the requirement for air conditioning system in data center is getting more strict.The design of air distribution is considered as a key factor.Reasonable air distribution scheme could improve cooling effect and reduce energy consumption of air conditioning system.Among the solutions of high heat density in many data centers,the side air supply scheme of fan wall system could improve the non-uniformity of air distribution in the environment of data center.This study will take a typical data center as the research object,a simple and easy-toimplement heat channel closure scheme is introduced.Three cases are designed for different positions of the fan wall system,and the indoor air distribution and temperature distribution of each scheme are simulated by CFD analysis.The simulation results showed that the reasonable layout scheme of fan wall system can greatly improve the air distribution in the data center,and improve the thermal environment as well,lead to a better heat removal effect and fi nally reduce energy consumption of data center.
