从上海中央文委到延安中央文委

From Shanghai Central Cultural Commission to Yan’anCentral Cultural Commission

新民主主义革命时期,中共在宣传部门和政府部门设立了文化工作委员会,由于从中央文委到各级文委的出色工作,使中国共产党在与国民党的博弈中取得了舆论上、民心上的优势乃至胜势。但关于文委的史料极为零散,相关史实模糊不清。本文通过挖掘史料,条分缕析,初步理清了从中央文委到各根据地文委、抗战期间各边区文委和大后方文委的建立和工作简况,并指出其历史作用。

During the period of the new democratic revolution,the CPC set up cultural commissions in publicity departments and government departments.Because of the excellent work of cultural commissions at all levels,the CPC gained the advantages of public opinion and popular will in the game with the Kuomintang.However,the historical materials about the cultural commissions are very scattered,and the relevant historical facts are vague.By digging historical materials and analyzing them in detail,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the establishment and work of the Cultural Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the cultural Commissions of the border regions and the rear area during the Anti-Japanese War,and points out their historical roles.
