摘要
电力调度防误操作是保障电力系统正常运转、降低故障概率的主要途径之一,首先针对电力调度中存在误操作的原因及具体风险项进行简单论述,进而在此基础之上研究电力调度网络系统的具体架构。通过对电力系统原理的分析,结合现实中电力系统常常使用到的数种防误操作系统,浅谈电力系统的中监控电气闭锁以及机械联锁的相关控制回路设计、逻辑操作程序等。
Misoperation prevention of power dispatching is one of the main ways to ensure the normal operation of the power system and reduce the probability of failure.First,a brief discussion of the causes of misoperations and specific risk items in power dispatching is made,and then the power dispatching network issuance orders are studied on this basis.The specific architecture of the system.Through the analysis of the principle of the power system,combined with several antimisoperation operating systems that are often used in the power system in reality,it discusses the design of the related control loops and logical operation procedures of the electric lockout and mechanical interlocking of the power system.
