摘要
电磁超声检测技术是近年蓬勃兴起的先进无损检测方法,该项技术具有不需要使用耦合剂、检测效率高、可实现在线监测等显著优势,同时通过采用不同构型的电磁超声换能器,可实现多种超声波型的激发和接收,极大丰富了电磁超声检测技术的应用场景。同时,作为新兴的先进检测技术,电磁超声检测技术还存在诸如换能器换能效率不高、对粗晶材料检测效果不佳等问题需要进一步研究和发展。
electromagnetic ultrasonic testing technology is an advanced non-destructive testing method which is booming in recent years.This technology has the advantages of no coupling agent,high detection efficiency and online monitoring.At the same time,through the use of electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer with different configurations,it can realize multiple ultrasonic excitation and reception,which greatly enriches the application scenarios of electromagnetic ultrasonic testing technology.At the same time,as a new advanced detection technology,electromagnetic ultrasonic testing technology still has some problems,such as low energy conversion efficiency of transducer and poor detection effect on coarse-grained materials,which needs further research and development.
