摘要
APP隐私政策作为APP用户个人信息安全保护的“第一道防线”,对其用户友好度的评价研究有利于优化隐私政策,提高用户阅读意愿,增强隐私意识。本文从用户视角出发,综合运用文献调研法、问卷调查法与层次分析法,从内容可读性和交互友好性好两方面构建APP隐私政策用户友好度评价指标体系,并在此基础上选取具体的隐私政策样本进行实证分析研究,从而对我国APP隐私政策提出优化建议,也对更好地评价考察APP隐私政策具有参考价值。
As the"first line of defense"for the protection of APP users'personal information security,the assessment and research on the user-friendliness of APP privacy policy is conducive to optimizing the privacy policy and enhancing users'willingness to read and privacy awareness.In this paper,the assessment indicator system of APP privacy policy user-friendliness is constructed from the user's point of view,which adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process to assess the userfriendliness of APP privacy policy in terms of content readability and interaction friendliness,and then selects specific privacy policy samples for empirical analysis,so as to put forward optimization suggestions for APP privacy policy in China.It also has value for better assessment and investigation of APP privacy policy.
