摘要
目的为提高桌面机械臂的用户接受度,提出产品语义通用性概念,得到一种合理有效的设计方法。方法运用视觉动力学理论,分析现有桌面机械臂外观,提取其形态中包含的设计元素,总结造型方法;根据视觉动力数量与产品语义的联系建立等级,完成对产品语义的量化描述;通过层次分析法分析桌面机械臂在用户年龄、用户性别、产品使用场景的产品语义通用性权重,结合两方面的结论对其进行设计从而得到目标产品语义。以桌面机械臂外观造型设计为例,验证设计方法的科学性。结论视觉动力学理论可以帮助构建产品外观与产品语义通用性的关系,与层次分析法结合能指导桌面机械臂的设计。
The work aims to propose the semantic universality of product and obtain a reasonable and effective design method to improve the user acceptance of educational desktop robotic arm.The visual dynamics theory was used to analyze the appearance of the existing desktop robotic arm,extract the design elements contained in its shape and summarize the corresponding modeling methods.Then,according to the relationship between the number of visual dynamics and the product semantics,the grade was established,and the quantitative description of product semantics was completed.The weight of product semantic universality of desktop robotic arm in three aspects:user age,user gender and product use scenarios was given.Finally,the target product semantics was obtained by combining the two conclusions.Taking the appearance design of desktop robotic arm as an example,the scientific nature of the design method was verified.Visual dynamics theory can help to build the relationship between product appearance and product semantic universality,and can further guide the design of desktop robotic arm combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).
