摘要
根据风电偏航轴承的连接形式和实际运行过程中承受的载荷,消除轴承长时间运转条件下的安全隐患尤为关键。运用有限元软件ANSYS分析不同沟位置设计时偏航轴承的力学性能情况,根据计算结果,得出更加合理的偏航轴承两排滚道的位置。
Because of the wind power yaw bearing connection form and the load received during actual operation,it is particularly critical to eliminate the hidden safety danger of the bearing under long-life operating conditions.The finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the mechanical performance of yaw bearing in different groove positions.According to the calculation results,the more reasonable position of two row raceway of yaw bearing is obtained.
