摘要
无内圈短圆柱滚子轴承装配后,有时需要拆卸,拆卸方法的选择及拆卸的合理性决定了拆卸是否成功。拆卸不好会直接损伤滚子及保持架,或者对套圈产生划伤,甚至对三者都有损伤,直接导致废品产生。经过研究,采用新型设计理念解决了此问题,满足了使用需求。
After assembling the short cylindrical roller bearing without inner ring,sometimes it needs to be disassembled.The selection of disassembly method and the rationality of disassembly determine whether the disassembly is successful or not.Improper disassembly will directly damage the roller and cage,or scratch the ring,or even damage all three,which will directly lead to waste products.After research,the new design concept is adopted to solve this problem and meet the use requirements.
