吸干机晃电死机自复位智能系统研究与应用

摘要 空气压缩机是工业产品研发试验中的基础设施,对可靠性有很高的要求。吸干机是空压机的重要部件,由于市电电网不稳定而导致晃电,造成吸干机经常死机无法自启动,给产品开发带来不利影响。针对这个问题,开发了吸干机晃电死机自复位系统,结合电压监测装置与状态检测电路,利用可编程控制器(PLC)进行分析与控制,并实时显示当前工作状态,通过对Web组态网关,实现对空压站及晃电死机进行远程监控,通过Modbus通信方式,实时采集数据并报警提醒,达到晃电死机自复位的效果,提高设备可动率,保证产品开发进度。 The air compressor is the common basic equipment in the industrial research and development test.It needs high reliability requirement.The unstable power grid often shakes the electricity.The dryer is one of the most important components of the air compressor.The dryer often crashes and can′t start itself due to the shaking of electricity,which brings great inconvenience to the efficiency of automobile product development.Aiming at solving the problem,the self-shaking of the dryer reset system must be studied.The system includes voltage monitoring device and state detection circuit,analyzes and controls by PLC module,displays the current state through touch screen,and realizes remote monitoring of air pressure station system and power swing system through web configuration gateway.And real-time alarm can be raised by data acquisition through Modbus communication mode wake up.It can achieve the effect of self-reset of the system,improve the mobility of equipment,and ensure the progress of product development.
