摘要
随着我国交通建设的不断发展,出现了许多下穿管道的施工项目,不可避免地会对既有管线造成施工扰动,其中临近隧道爆破施工是最为不利的工况之一。为确定爆破地震波作用下埋地管道的安全及正常运行,采用理论分析及数值模拟的方法对其进行了研究。以深圳市大山陂1号隧道下穿燃气管线和成品油管线工程为依托,分析了埋地管道在爆破地震波作用下的动力响应变化规律,并结合埋地管道材料的Von Mises屈服准则提出了不考虑初始缺陷以及运营腐蚀的情况下管道的安全振速控制标准为19cm/s。
With the continuous development of China's traffic construction,there are many construction projects of underpass pipeline,which will inevitably cause construction disturbance to the existing pipeline,and the blasting construction near the tunnel is one of the most unfavorable conditions.In order to ensure the safety and normal operation of buried pipeline under the action of blasting seismic wave,the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods were used to study it.Taking the gas pipeline and product oil pipeline project of Dashanpi No.1 Tunnel in Shenzhen as an example,the dynamic response of buried pipeline under the action of blasting seismic wave is analyzed.Combined with the Von Mises yield criterion of buried pipeline material,it is proposed that the control standard of safe vibration velocity of pipeline is 19cm/S without considering initial defects and operation corrosion.
