留学生来华学习中医影响因素研究——以北京中医药大学为例

Study on Influencing Factors of International Students of TCM in China-Taking Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

高等中医药院校留学生教育肩负着培养海外中医药人才、促进中医药文化国际传播的重要使命,是推进中医药国际化的有效途径。在高等中医药教育国际化和"一带一路"合作背景下,中医药院校留学生教育面临着诸多机遇,但同时也面临着海外本土中医教学资源兴起、教育服务质量不高等挑战。本研究采用自编问卷,对北京中医药大学国际学院的留学生进行问卷调查,通过描述统计和因子分析等方法研究留学生来华学习中医的影响因素,从而提出中医药对外教育改进策略:提高教育服务质量,重视发挥留学生在中医文化国际传播中的重要作用;加强留学生教育投入和政策支持;以产业化理念发展教育服务,建立市场化的专业招生系统等。

The education of international students in TCM colleges and universities shoulders the important mission of cultivating international talents in TCM and promoting the transnational dissemination of TCM culture,which is an effective way to promote the internationalization of TCM.Under the background of internationalization of TCM education and“the Belt and Road Initiative”cooperation,there are many opportunities for the education of international students in TCM schools.However it is also faced with the challenges of the rise of overseas TCM teaching resources and the low quality of domestic education services.In this study,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the international students in the International School of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Descriptive statistics and factor analysis were used to study the influencing factors of international students studying TCM in China,so as to put forward strategies for improving international education of TCM:improve the quality of education services,attach importance to the role of international students in the international communication of TCM culture,increase education investment and provide policy support,develop education services with the concept of industry,and establish a market-oriented professional enrollment system for international students.
