基于WSR的高职院校学生干部能力素质模型探究——以A企业需求为视角

Research on the Ability Model of Student Cadres in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on WSR——From the perspective of A company’s labor demand

文章基于企业用工视角,通过实地调研探索企业用工能力素质情况,并结合东方系统(WSR)理论,构建高职院校学生干部能力素质模型,即学习认知能力、逻辑分析能力、任务拆分能力、精准执行能力、人际沟通能力、团队协作能力,为高职院校培养高水平应用型人才提供新视角。

Based on the perspective of enterprise employment,this article explores the ability and quality of enterprise employment through field research,and combines with the Oriental system theory to build a model of student cadre ability in higher vocational colleges,that is,learning cognitive ability and logical analysis ability;task splitting Ability,accurate execution ability;interpersonal communication ability,teamwork ability,provide a new perspective for vocational colleges to train high-level applied talents.
